Where are you located?
Lady Lake, Florida. The Town of Lady Lake is in Lake County, Central Florida, between the cities of Orlando and Ocala. While Lady Lake has a fast-growing business area, it maintains a small town atmosphere with urban conveniences. The Town is focused on continued responsible development, with shopping, restaurants and new housing that benefit citizens and neighbors alike. Lady Lake has an abundance of lakes, golf courses and local parks, offering a delightful variety of outdoor recreation.
How far is the beach? Are you near water?
Lady Lake is in Central Florida, so the nearest beach is either Daytona Beach (East Coast), 73 miles away, or Clearwater Beach (West Coast), 108 miles away. However, Lake County contains over 1,000 lakes and 202 square miles of water. So, you’re never more than a few minutes from your favorite water-related recreation.

We created Green Key Village to be convenient to everything you might need – shopping, dining, travel, etc.
The nearest supermarkets, both Publix, are located at Colony Plaza (in The Villages) or Spanish Plaines Shopping Center, just minutes from your front door.
The closest airport is Leesburg International Airport, just 12 miles away. The larger regional airports, Orlando Sanford International Airport and Orlando International Airport, are just over an hour to an hour and a half from Green Key Village.
Are you part of the Villages?
We know… when you look up Lady Lake, all roads seem to lead to The Villages. But Green Key Village is NOT part of The Villages.
How many homes are in the community?
Green Key Village was purposely designed to be a more intimate neighborhood, one where neighbors know each other and enjoy a comfortable, close-knit vibe. When completed, there will be approximately 145 homes in the community.
Is Green Key Village a gated community?
Yes. The gate is open when the Welcome Center is open, and closes automatically at 5:00 pm. You must have an access code for evening entry.
Is Green Key Village an age restricted community?
Strictly speaking, no. But the home styles we offer appeal to different demographics. The Cottage Homes are attractive for our 55+ audience, while The Estate Homes are more family friendly. All amenities in the community are shared.
What kind of amenities does Green Key Village offer?

Yes. Our Estate Homes can include a 3-car garage, as long as the homesite will accommodate it.

Yes. Our Estate Homes can include a pool, as long as the homesite will accommodate it.
Does Green Key Village allow pets?
Absolutely! You may have two of any one kind of household pet. And they will LOVE our beautiful dog park.
Does Green Key Village allow fencing?
In the Cottage Homes, fencing is allowed along the patio side of the home.
In the Estate Homes, fencing is allowed on the back side of the home.
What kind of included features does Green Key Village offer?

Does Green Key Village have natural gas?
There is no natural gas in the community; however, we allow propane tanks to be buried.
Who provides water/sewer to the community?
Water, sewer, and reclaimed water for irrigation comes from the Town of Lady Lake.
Who provides internet/telephone to the community?
Comcast/Xfinity and/or Century Link
